Lenore is Assistant General Counsel for Severstal North America, Inc., a fully integrated steel manufacturer. She began her career with Rouge Steel Company in 1997 in Customer Service. She worked her way through the department as she completed her law degree. Upon receiving her degree she began transitioning to the Office of General Counsel.

Tom is the President of Rhein Associates, Inc., a small independent consulting and publications firm, since 1992. He began his career with Allison Division of General Motors in 1962 in Sales as a General Motors Institute co-op student and left General Motors 28 years later as Product Manager for GM and AC-Delco parts.
